Nicki is a competent designer who earnestly applies her aptitudes to enable any project to achieve its full potential. Upon initially conferencing with Nicki, our styles and personalities immediately clicked. Since then, I have been continuously impressed with her work. She uses creative tools such as style boards as well as personalized questions to better understand her clients' lifestyles and subsequently transforms abstract ideas into an attainable vision, which she then executes. This is all done in respect to the client's budget, timeline, and ongoing feedback. Working simultaneously with all these varying elements of a project, Nicki then acts as a point of contact, facilitating a clear line of communication between the client and the contractor, guiding each party through the steps necessary to meet expectations and deadlines. I am so thankful for Nicki, especially when I see how my home, my most significant investment both in quality of life and finances, come to fruition. I cannot wait to continue working with Nicki due to all the great support she brings to the table. Nicki is a warm and deep person.
