This charming home in the historic town of Glen Ridge was left by the owners (both previous and current) very near its original state. A trusting client allowed me to get expressive with muted, earthy tones that accentuate the existing wood mouldings and bring a bit of tender moodiness to this living space. Laid back furnishings upholstered in rich textiles nod to the sensuously cool California coastal style embodied by the client, while staying true to the traditional feeling of the northeast.
